This restaurant is one of the leading lights of food tourism in regional NSW and is located in scenic Carool in the Tweed Hinterland. It has won multiple state awards and come runner up at the National Tourism Awards twice.
Owner Peter Burr set up the restaurant with his late partner Gareth after having the inspiration for the restaurant when visiting Gareth’s parents in Northern Ireland. Since Gareth’s passing Peter has continued on the restaurants legacy and built into the great business that it is today.
